Первое - это прекрасный вид и возможность засыпать и просыпаться под шум волн. Хозяин отличный, на нашу большую компанию дал два ключа, что было очень удобно. Кровати скрипят, но удобные. Очень много разной посуды на кухне. Отдельный плюс - много места для сушки вещей, есть сушки для полотенец в туалетах, которых два. Вообще квартира очень просторная
Немного грязновато - пыль и полы. Лифт тесноват

The apartment we stayed in was located directly opposite the Black Sea — an absolutely stunning location. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The owner was a real gentleman: he arrived right on time with the keys, helped us with our luggage, and ensured that all the kitchen facilities were perfectly in order.
The apartment’s location is ideal, very close to all the main attractions and lively spots in and around Batumi.
The only drawback was that both bathrooms had an unpleasant odor, despite being clean. It appears to be a drainage issue that, as noted by previous guests, still needs attention. The owner, who was extremely polite and helpful, assured us he would take care of it. Apart from that issue, everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Замечательный апартамент расположен лучше некуда, близко море и близко центра. Сосо встретил нас в аэропорту помог с трансфером при выезде, очень приветливый и заботливый хозяин. Самые наилучшие рекомендации и огромное спасибо.
Всё отлично.

horoshiy otzivchiviy poryadochniy khozyain. vse udobstva v nomere. bolshaya kvartira, mnogo spalnih mest. 2 tualeta, kogda mnogo person eto ochen vajno. na beregu morya.
