المكان هذا عبارة عن شقة خاصة يملكها شخص مستثمرها للايجار وليس نظام فندق . فلا تنتظر المساعدة من الاستقبال بالمبنى فقط اتصل على صاحب الشقة مباشرة وهو مستعد للمساعدة. مثلا اكياس النفايات يجب ان تحمله انت الى خارج المبنى وترميه خارجاً . او ان وضعته بالممرات ستفرض عليك مخالفة قدرها 200 لاري. صاحب الشقة خارج جورجيا لكنه يتفاعل معنا في اي اتصال. الشقة حلوة ومرتبة واطلالتها للجميلة.

الاسنصيرات مزدحمة دائما عند خروجك او دخولك الشقة لن تجد خدمة الا من صاحب الشقة وهو شخصية جميلة ويحاول المساعدة. عانينا من ازعاج الموسيقى من الملهى الليلي في المبنى المجاور . الستائر في الشقة لاتحجب ضوء الشمس.

This is an affordable apartment in Batumis biggest tourist machine. It's good value for money, if you don't mind staying in a structure that feels like an airport with balconies. It was surprisingly clean, easy to find and check in, good communication with host via Whatsapp. It has a tiny fridge, electric kettle, washing machine, comfortable bed, a table and two chairs, good wifi and is very close to the beach promenade. It also has views of the sea. When you close the window it surprisingly blocks out most of the street noise. We didn't have issues with the elevators as other commenters mentioned. But during peak hours you might have to wait a little moment for the elevator or squeeze in with other tourists. Being on the 4th floor, you can also use the stairs. All in all it was a good experience.

It has an induction plate but no pots or pans to use. Fridge is too small for longer stays. It only has very thin curtains and at night time it is still quite bright in the room. The balcony is not usable because of the noise from the road and construction. If the neighbors are smokers (very likely), the smoke with come in through the air con. Being a tourist hotspot, you will also likely deal with noisy neighbors who become most active in the middle of the night, listen to loud music or having an existential crisis.
