Bardzo życzliwy właścicie, który na każdym etapie rezerwacji był z nami w kontakcie, pomógł znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Apartament znajduje się w samym centrum Batumi na 28 piętrze ( przecina promenadę nad morzem praktycznie na pół).Wokół jest mnóstwo restauracji, sklepów, lokalna winiarnia. Apartament czysty i komfortowy.Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Polecam.
Słychać sąsiadów z pokoju obok, także jak się trafi głośne towarzystwo to można nie pospać, ale taka specyfika apartamentów Orbi.

Очень чисто и уютно , вид с балкона потрясающий , хозяин очень внимательный и заботливый , можно обратится с любым вопросом , всегда на связи и всегда помогает , очень рекомендую

Хозяин всегда был на связи, быстро отвечал и пошёл навстречу по всем нашим пожеланиям: раннее заселение, проживание с кошкой и поздний выезд были согласованы без проблем.

Красивый вид. Вкусный ресторан на последнем этаже. Неплохое место.
Не было батареек в пульте, пришлось покупать. Проблемы с вай фаем. Здание - муравейник, очень долго ждать лифт. Плохой запах в коридоре, душно. Минимум удобств в бытовом плане.
