Location is best.
The microwave oven should also be there.

The location is very good even though it's still a 30 minute walk to the old city center. Spectacular view of the beach and skyline.
There was frequently a light sewage odor coming from the bathroom, likely because the sinks were connected with simple rubber pipes leading directly into the wall instead of proper siphons. It was quite unpleasant to encounter this smell first thing in the morning or upon returning from the beach to a room that didn’t feel fresh.
The bathroom mirror lights were not working, and one of the nightstand lamps was also not functioning.
The dishes and glasses were not thoroughly cleaned, so we had to wash them again ourselves. Overall, the room’s cleanliness was acceptable but far from satisfying.
The woman checking us in could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.
