Black Sea Twin tower

I liked everything very much, it was clean and comfortable. Convenient location, as well as a kind and helpful owner of the apartment.

Nothing to complain about

The location of the property is just perfect, you will get sea view from the balcony. Equipped with all the enmities, basic kitchen cutleries, beach is 5mins walkable, amazing view. Cab will take around 10 Gel from airport, train/bus station. Host was there for any kind of help. Had a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Black Sea Twin Tower. Everything was exactly as advertised — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host, Giorgi, was very helpful and accommodating, even with our last-minute extension. Check-in was very easy and smooth, with no long lines or waiting around. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed only the view to the Black sea.

The hotel is quite far from the downtown, crowded. Service is long to wait. no breakfast, no payment by card, only cash. I arrived later than my guest and nobody checked me, I could easily get in. what if a bad person gets in so easily? there is no 2nd key and if your guest would stay in the room, she/he would need to get up and open you a door. but if you arrive late? it means the other person would be disturbed. I asked the reception to go with me and open a door because it was late and I did not want to disturb my guest, but I got refused. no cleaning. you have to clean yourself. this is not a hotel actually, it is a small apartment with tiny balcony. I would not recommend staying there and I dont understand how they got a high ranking in Booking.
