מיקום מעולה, קומה נמוכה , הבנין אמנם ישן , אבל הדירה משופצת לגמרי , מאד נקייה , יש מכונת כביסה שזה יתרון גדול ויש גם מרפסת קטנה מרכזי אבל שקט , סופר צמוד פתוח 24/07 , בעל הבית נחמד

Просторная квартира, оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой. Доброжелательный, отзывчивый хозяин, всегда был на связи!

Хороший хозяин, близко к морю. Находится напротив входа в блок С Орби (если будете ехать - это вам для ориентира, водители могут не ориентироваться), рядом есть аптека, в доме магазин, обменка, кухня.
Сейчас сезон и много машин и людей. Ночью достаточно шумно. На пляж берите обувь для захода в воду. Из-за сезона почти весь город стоит в пробках - планируйте все заранее.
