Просторный балкон с выдвижной крышей - это изюминка этого места! Отличное расположение. Приветливый хозяин. Чисто, уютно, всё работало. Если приедем ещё раз в Батуми, то однозначно выберем этот вариант размещения. Рекомендую!
Не замечание, а скорее пожелание: заменить текстиль на отельный (белье и полотенца)

Location and the host were great. The building itself looks beautiful, clean entrance and lifts.
Conditions of the property, scratches on the walls, corners, it looks very used up and requires urgent repairs. Propeerty has huge terrace and small space inside. Poor condition of the sofa and bed.
