Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to multiple issues with the room. The toilet door would not close, there was no hot water in the room (we had to use a shower in another room), several power sockets were not working, the bidet was broken, and the air conditioner was leaking water directly onto the floor throughout our stay. I have a video showing the issue. The booking was made for three guests, but the room was prepared for only two. No blanket, towels, or bedding were provided for the third guest. After we contacted reception, they brought bed sheets but said a blanket could only be provided the next morning. We were also told that we should have informed them separately that three people would be staying, even though the reservation clearly stated this. When we asked to move to another room with fully functioning amenities, we were told this would only be possible the following day. The replacement room was actually smaller than the original one, despite being presented as an upgrade. The staff was polite, but the number of maintenance issues and the lack of proper preparation for the booked number of guests significantly affected our stay.
