Very friendly family and they did all to make my stay to a happy time. Apartment very clean, offer delicious meals to low price. If I come back to Batumi, this is my preferred place. They treated me like a princess.

The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials. Very quiet. Close to markets and attractions were within walking distance. Will stay again when I'm next in batumi.

the place is quiet, clean and has everything you need. The washing machine was very much appreciated. The lady who checked me in was very kind.
The AC was in the kitchen and thus not useful when lying in bed. There was neither sugar, nor salt nor pepper in the kitchen available

although in a soviet brutalist way , everything was there : private bathroom , wifi, air conditioner, electric kettle and electric cooker , so it was functional
a little musty smell in room , very poor kitchenware (had to go to buy salt and sugar), electric cooker old and rusty the property requires a 100 lari deposit beyond Booking fare , that I was given back at check out.
