Прекрасное расположение, довольно большая квартира, практически все необходимое есть, кондиционер работает. Симпатичный балкон
Двор и подъезд в состоянии ремонта. Это не критично, но хотелось бы знать заранее. На кухне не помещала бы микроволновка, также не помешает обновить матрас на кровати

Отличная локация, все рядом: море, площадь Европы, магазины, рестораны, фуникулер. Квартира просторная, светлая, есть все необходимое. Очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил нас в аэропорту в очень ранний час и сразу заселил. Так же отвез ночью в аэропорт.
Маленький холодильник и очень мало посуды. Как и почти везде в квартирах - очень плохая сковородка и ножи. Но готовить можно без особых проблем

The location was fine and the apartment was good.
I made the booking of the apartment based on the amenities available and the kitchen items listed in the booking.com site . Unfortunately there was no toaster, microwave or oven available in the apartment as listed in the apartment profile. This was a serious matter of concern for us as it was cold and could not heat the cooked food or bread we brought home.
