Tamo Apartment

Хорошая локация. Удобные кровати.

Не было никаких салфеток для кухни или одноразовых бумажных полотенец и банального полотенца для ног. Было бы неплохо освежить косметическим ремонтом, фото явно не самые свежие. Текстиль (полотенца и постельное) не очень хорошего качества и уже напрашивается их замена… хозяйка приятная, отзывчивая, но зачем-то поменяла даты проживания, оставив одну ночь вместо 3-х.

It was cozy apartment, so clean , with best location near Europe Square , near beach. I enjoyed it and again want to stay in this apartment

Place is great. Awesome location Overall was suitable for our needs - place to eat and be close to city center

Important to know: the pictures here are NOT ALL REAL PICTURES! Kitchen -not the kitchen in the picture. it's indeed very big, has refrigerator and stove - but don't expect the one you see here! Leaving room - NOT THE ONE IN PICS! the couch is BAD!!! It's ok to sit on when you find a spot that doesn't hurt - but you CANNOT sleep on it Bed rooms - NOT THE ONE ON THE PICTURES! There are 2 rooms with double beds. They were ok to sleep on, both rooms has a closet and enough place. Overall - the design of apartment is very old - but it didn't bother us Bathroom - finally - pictures relates.

Good apartment near to the center and sea. If talking just about flat - it is 9-10.

Owner. She behaved very inappropriate. 5 days before our arrival she just called me and ask to cancel our booking, first she told that she was selling the flat, also about the flood in some flat. Of course we were in a shock. We had tracking in the mountains with unstable internet connection, and we were very worried and afraid of being without any apartment when we come to Batumi. Thus I told the owner so that she can offer us some alternatives, and we can consider them, but we had no possibility to search ourself. She send us 1 option in Viber, but it was worse than the current flat. She called me again, and I told that option is much worse, and I don't understand why we should cancel booking if the issues with her, not with us. As a result she finally told that we can live in her flat. I don't know what was that, but we felt really stressed. And actually it is not the end, in the next episode of this series, once we started living in the flat, owner called us again, and asked cancel booking so she shouldn't pay fee to Booking. I believe such behavior is unprofessional. And no matter how good the apartment is, I think that such behavior by the owners is unacceptable.
