The view and location were amazing. The apartament was very clean. The communication with the host was very easy as well.

We didn't have one bed sheet. The host was willing to give it to us but we were out of the apartament most of the time.

Gorgeous high floor 39! Two-room apartments will fit up to 5 people! The room has bed linen, towels and all amenities, appliances and utensils completely!!! A beautiful view of the sea, the singing fountains, in the evening it is very beautiful to watch from the balcony, drink wine and enjoy the beauty! Everything inside: the bathroom is new, plumbing works very well! There are bidet devices - this is rare in Batumi. The apartment is very clean. The hotel is located in a very good location - close to shops, restaurants and bars, park and beach. The staff is friendly, the hostess of the apartment is very polite, nice girl, thanks to her for the nice note. We will be back again! I recommend to everyone!

The hotel is on the beachfront, Arrived late, key cards were at the reception. Quickly took the cards, check-in in 3-5 minutes. The room is large, cozy, very nice interior, the shower works very well, the kitchen has everything you need for life. Very clean apartment, the owner is attentive and interesting. The next day, he wrote to me and asked how I was at my convenience, it was nice! There is a balcony, the view is very good: right on the sea. Well, it’s not that the apartment isn’t nice, but it took us 1,5 hour to check in and we needed three attempts for the cash payment. All this costed a lot of time and attention. Be aware that this apartment is on the 39th floor of a really huge building with waiting times for elevators and a lot of construction works going on for probably multiple years. Be sure it’s your cup of tea before you book. The master double bed is truly great; the other beds are sofas.
