The advantage of this accommodation is 3 separate bedrooms, it is located in the city center, so the main entertainment, market, restaurants are nearby. The hosts were kind and welcomed us late in the evening.
It is important to note that this is an apartment with an authentic interior, old furniture, but we liked it.
Upon arrival, the first night in the apartment was cold, as it is heated only by air conditioning and a gas heater. The second night the apartment was already warm and comfortable. However, this is only relevant in winter.
It would be great to install a shower screen or curtain, as now the water when washing falls on the floor.

Fantastic location with very friendly and helpful hosts. Easy access to shops and central sights within Kutaisi. Parking available close by. Very good value for money if you don't mind it being basic.
Kind of run down and poorly appointed, a little 'soviet' perhaps. Limited kitchen equipment and beds were a little on the firm side for my liking.
