Nastanitev se nahaja v mirni ulici, kjer pa so restavracije in lokali in je zelo blizu centra mesta. Pričakala nas je hčerka lastnikov, ki nas je zelo prijazno sprejela. Pred sobo je tudi kuhinjska niša s hladilnikom, kjer si je mogoče pripravit kaj hrane. V sobi smo pozabili telovadne copate in lastnica nas je o tem obvestila. Ko smo se čez nekaj dni vračali skozi Kutaisi, smo šli iskat copate, ki so jih spravili za nas.
V nastanitvi niso povedali ali imajo lastno parkirišče, mi pa nismo vprašali, ker smo mislili, da je parkiranje na ulici brezplačno. Izkazalo se je, da ni in namesto poceni parkirnine smo plačali drago kazen.

Прекрасная домашняя атмосфера и забота. Аккуратная комната под сдачу. Запах вкусной выпечки. Недалеко центр Кутаиси и Риони. Останавливались на одну ночь. Тихо и уютно. Парковка во дворе. Лиля и дедушка чудесные.
Мелочи: запах из старой канализации в ванной комнате. Не хватает шторки между душем и унитазом на наш взгляд. Брызги от душа летят на пол везде, на унитаз и раковину. Приходится вытирать, чтобы пользоваться после мытья. Завтраков нет - ошибка в карточке, но не ожидали за эту стоимость.
