Hospitality of the host! I was contacted via text almost immediately after booking and any questions were promptly answered. The host and her husband was my highlight of the stay. The house was comfy and it gave me the feel of living like a local. Another worthy of mention was the homemade breakfast 😋 Centrally located, one could walk to the centre easily. Value for money!
Considering the price, I would suggest to lower your expectations regarding cleanliness in the bathroom. It didn't bother me, it still good for a quick stay.

Nana is very sweet and the pancake she made for breakfast was very tasty. The location is also amazing, right in the center of Kutaisi
It was not clean, so much so that it made me uncomfortable. The coffeepot for instance I didn’t even want to touch either my bare hands, so I used kitchen towel and rightly so cause after there was a lot of residue on there. Also some edges in the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
