L’hôte était vraiment gentille, elle nous a attendu tard dans la nuit pour l’enregistrement. Elle nous a également offert un gâteau de Pâques et du fromage. L’emplacement est très proche du centre. Tout est accessible à pied.
La salle de bain est vraiment très petite et pas pratique du tout. Tout est inondé après chaque douche ce qui n’est pas très agréable.

Абсолютно всё! Если бы можно было поставить оценку 1000000+, я бы это сделала! За годы путешествий и аренды на букинг, я могу сказать, что это одно из лучших мест. Хозяева встретили нас поздно вечером 29 декабря, когда Кутаиси сковал снегопад. Они создали все комфортные условия для проживания и даже предложили нам остаться вместе встречать Новый Год, чтобы нам не пришлось уезжать 31 декабря. Великолепное место и люди. От всего сердца рекомендую каждому ищущему гостю побывать здесь!

The location was absolutely perfect - right in the city center, close to the main government building. It was incredibly convenient to drop off our luggage and explore Kutaisi on foot. We walked to the local market and enjoyed the area. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything needed for a short stay - a functional kitchen, heater, and air conditioning. Great value for travelers who want to be in the heart of the city!
The apartment could use better insulation - it felt a bit cool inside. However, the heater and air conditioning worked well, so it wasn't a major issue.
