The property itself is very good for its price: it was cleaned, the towels and other stuff were without any stains or dirt, you have the essential minimum for staying. Also, there is a balcony, where you can have tea. The location is also fine: it is outside the city, but it takes just 15 minutes to reach it on foot or 3-4 minutes by a car. The staff were very friendly and responded very quickly.

Do keep in mind that there is only an electrical kettle and fridge. No stove or microwave oven, no other way to cook or warm food. Also, although a balcony exists, it is not isolated from anyone. We were visited by our neighbours, children playing with a ball and stray dogs, which were extremely intrusive and stubborn, so we could not get rid of them, and they were begging for food, tried to rub against our clothes and so on. Another unpleasant moment was on the second night: something was happening on the upper floor, probably kind of repairing because it sounded like they were moving furniture, knocked, someone was stomping as if running. And all of was happening from the evening and till almost 1 a.m. I do understand that this is out of control of the owner, but still I had to mention it

The windows had no tilt. We could not air the rooms at night because it was ground floor. No kife in the kitchen. No stove.

Nice, responsive owner, clean

You might have noisy neighbors—they can be heard very well. A stovetop is sorely needed.
