The property was very nice- featured all the facilities suggested and the owner greeted me warmly and was willing to let me check in a bit early.

The room felt a bit damp and I had to buy my own laundry detergent which I left behind for guest. Power and water went out for a while but seemed to be the whole block.

Excellent location, near the center, also a bus stop just 3 minutes walking also a good basic small supermarket near but if you want more things don't expect to find them there, you should shop a bit further from the center. Very friendly host, speaks very good English. The single bed is comfortable. Air condition works well. My total score overall about location, facilities, easiness on check in and price is 8.5 out of 10. I totally recommend this place.

The following are just recommendations for the lovely host. Make the double bed more comfortable with just changing the mattress. Bring another a second type of pillow as those in property dont suit some people get used to sleep in anatomic pillow. Get 2-3 high stools for the kitchen bench as the chairs in the kitchen are for a regular height table not for the bench. A cheap microwave will help a lot a traveller, also if there is a small amount (3-4 teaspoons) for coffee upon arrival of a traveler that would be great. Also I dont know if that was temporary but the place on entering has a bit of Smell of dampness. Finally it would be great to have some hangers in the closet. Those above are just some P/R tips for the wonderful host.
