Levani's GuestHouse

The house is beautiful, historic, and authentic, with lovely vintage furniture. It is indisputably cozy. The room was honestly huge and spacious. The conditions are rustic, but if you’re open minded, this guesthouse is full of character. The host is so kind and friendly, though he doesn’t speak much English. His hospitality was sincere and genuine and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The value was very good.

Large room. Older spring mattress but somehow comfortable. Great kitchen. Good WiFi. Comfy table for work. Kind and funny host. Great peaceful location. Clean bathroom.

Be aware that bathroom and kitchen is shared. Although I think the second bathroom is under construction right now.

Overall good for a budget stay, it is a basic accomodation with older facilities, but has everything needed. Owner was very kind. Easy 20 minutes walk from train/marshrutka station for main places like Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi. 10 minutes from center.

Friendly host. If you wanted to stay in a Soviet-era room, this is the one for you.

Cold room. "Private bathroom" was actually a shared bathroom. Also logistically, if you need to you use the bathroom, there is no way to lock the room door behind you.
