Расположение потрясающее, до моря 3 минуты. Хозяева доброжелательные, в любое время дня и ночи ответят на ваши на вопросы. Угостили нас настоящим домашним вином. Рядом находятся магазины и рынок. Нам все понравилось, однозначно рекомендуем !
Подъем на 5 этаж пешком, но здесь есть и плюсы (хорошая зарядка на отдыхе:))

L'hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement! Très réactif et flexible (il nous a préparé la chambre le jour de notre arrivée alors que ce n'était pas prévu) L'emplacement, au centre de Kobuleti et tout proche des commerces et de la mer. Beaucoup de place dans les chambres, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
Un peu bruyant car des travaux étaient en cours dans l'immeuble mais ce n'était que durant la journée donc nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour dormir

Мы много путешествуем. Были в разных странах, и в Европе и в странах СНГ, но нигде такого радушия не встречали. Нас встречи как хороших друзей или родственников с бутылкой домашнего вина и горячим хачапури! Очень просторная квартира. Море близко. Однозначно рекомендую данные апартаменты.

Large apartment, all you need for your vacation, owners super nice, everything fantastic. My mom is from here, so it was perfect for family members to visit and hang out with us. You can walk to the Central market it’s around the corner as well most popular cafe in town and supermarket. Its away from touristy and more expensive part of town and beach is across the road.
Just be aware its on the 5 th floor and you have to walk
