Location was in a relatively calm and quiet area. There is a park across the street. A/C worked. Electric stove heats quickly.
I had to re-wash the dishes, 1/2 of them were greasy. The water heater in the bathroom leaks, it's taped up and has a tray to collect water under it. There was only 1/3rd of a toilet paper roll provided for a 3-night stay. Beds were uncomfortable, had to use seat cushions from the closet to reinforce the mattress. Soundproofing is not too great. Found an old garlic clove under the desk when I moved it a foot away from the wall.
