Very comfortable and a lot of space. The kitchen is well equipped. There us a door between it and the libvng/bedroom. Nice view on the river from a balcony out if the apartment. The owners are really helpful.

This is our second time staying here, and it remains a perfect find! Even though it is part of the house where the hosts live, it feels like you have a whole flat for yourself, with a private kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The room is incredibly spacious and offers complete privacy. On the other side wonderful atmosphere makes you feel like you are truly a part of a Georgian community. The property is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, yet it is still very close to the centre. The place is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. To top it off, the hosts welcomed us with a homemade khachapuri <3 It was so warmhearted and exactly what we needed after a long journey. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!

Потрясающее, очень аутентичное, шикарное проживание в самом сердце Кутаиси прямо у реки! Тут всё на 5+. Огромный номер, в котором есть абсолютно всё. Полностью оборудования кухня со всеми необходимым приборами. Отличная стиральная машина. Шикарное постельное бельё, очень удобные кровати. Замечательный, заботливый хозяин. Возможна парковка машины во внутреннем дворе.

Тут всё идеально!
