Maria House

Very responsive host throughout the stay. Excellent location, c. 5 minutes walk to the river/centre. Property is clean and well-equipped. Great value for money.

Slight slope on street to the house. My mum is in her 70s and she could walk it, but it is potentially an issue for those with mobility issues.

The apartment was very big and clean. Everything was new. Really comfortable stay and near the center. Only the outside part was a bit messy but maybe they want to renew it as well.

Dobra lokalizacja, najważniejsze punkty w pobliżu. Duże łóżka w obu sypialniach. Duża łazienka z prysznicem. W łazience była pralka, dodatkowo deska do prasowania z żelazkiem.

Mogłoby być czyściej. Wilgoć wychodząca na ścianach.

Could not locate the entry to the place as there was no Board placed outside. We reached late night at 10 pm, the host didn't pick up the phone even after trying for almost an hour. The driver spoke to several neighbours but no one knew Maria House. After struggling for almost an hour, the host finally picked up phone... then we were able to get entry. Had to pay 20 Lari additional to the cab driver for his time and patience. Host told me that she had sent instructions on checking in but surprisingly I didn't get any intimation. Another drawback was she doesn't use Whatsapp so I could not get in touch with her before arriving. A word of advise for the lady - Please put a sign board carrying Maria House name outside and start sending out Instructions over whatsapp to make things easier for the guests. Also, keep an adopter for mobile charging which can used by travellers coming from Asia Otherwise it was a comfortable stay overall except for the initial hiccups of checking in.
