Clean comfortable modern apartment in the center of the city. Many stores, cafes, restaurants near the property. Fully equipped. Very helpful and responsive hosts. The apartment has heated floors, and it was very warm overall.
The only downside was that there are no heated floors in the bathroom, so it was quite cold there. However, I had slippers, so it wasn’t a problem for me at all.

This is a clean and modern fresh property. You get all you see on the photos, and more. The quality of furniture, kitchen utensils, bedding and so on is at the top level. Everything is nice to touch there.
The location is also perfect, it is central, but away from busy nightlife. Just walk 100 metres and you”d have a choice of grocery shops, restaurants, banks etc.
The host is one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. My best and only choice for Kutaisi from now!
This is not really a property issue, but more about the city infrastructure. Apparently there was an accident with water pipes somewhere outside, so there was no hot water for about 10 hours during my 7 night stay. I don’t think it would happen too often though.
