離車站不是太遠，雖然不算很近。浴室水量很大很熱。冰箱很大，鍋具很夠用。電視超大！

不算不喜歡，只是一些經驗分享。12個人住有些擠，但還可以。雙人床真的是小，我們最終只睡了一人。12人用一間浴室，大家要排隊，比較不方便。樓梯很陡，老人會比較吃力。多幾個大盤子會更方便。因為路窄，計程車沒有辦法到房子的門口。

A very cozy place with plenty of room. Location is very convenient with the Kyoto station as well as a smaller station close by. We loved the decoration and the tatami rooms, as well as the very warm welcome left by the host. It was clean, functional, and quiet - considering it was right next to multiple train tracks! Would highly recommend!

Large, clean, modern property over 3 floors with a rooftop. Quiet neighbourhood less than 10 mins by taxi into town.

The house was exceptional and met our needs perfectly. It’s on 3 levels which was perfect as we were a group of 10 so gave us some space. Roof top area was a bonus. It was easy to find and access was seamless. There is a train station very close and also taxis were easily available. Fresh flowers, a lovely welcome and everything we needed. We could not ask for more. The host was outstanding. Let us store luggage and also gave us a lift to the train station. This was above and beyond hospitality.
