    I travel with my wife and 2 kids under 12 y. Washing machine has dryer right away The bathroom is spacious. Bathtub is nice, has automatically button to fill up. Walking distance, maybe about 3-5 minutes to Gojo station. Oyado also nearby small shops restaurant which can fit 4 people Arigatou Gozaimasu~

    I really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and comfortable. It's close to the train and bus stations, restaurants, and what I like most is that it's close to Fresco. I love shopping here. It's easy to get anywhere. The staff are friendly and polite. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kyoto. Thank you.

    The location was spot on, making it easy to explore nearby areas, while the room size and cleanliness added to a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the great facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi and attentive housekeeping, enhanced the overall experience. Me and my family had a excellent and comfortable stay. Really love the facilities in the room and self service amenities provided making this a great value choice! Keep it up!     Loving this place a little too much, it makes it hard for us to leave when the time comes. Easy to find, not far from the station, full amenities. Will definitely come back if we visit Kyoto again
