The layout of the property isn’t very practical because it’s hard to move around and hang out comfortably in the house

For reference, I stayed in the west house. 1. The apartment felt very spacious for 2 people 2. The hotel ordered us a free taxi to our apartment which was nice 3. We saw an orange cat outside in the courtyard which made me happy 4. I liked that there were 2 toilets 5. Reading other reviews, it appears the hotel does their best to address issues and listen to guests and make changes based on feedback.

1. I was uncomfortable with how dirty the apartment felt. You can tell a lot of people have come through and it’s only gotten a surface level clean for a while. The walls were dirty in both bedrooms and I felt uncomfortable sleeping next to it. The stairs need to be cleaned, the area by the trash cans was dirty, and the roller curtains in the bathroom were moldy. The extra bedding in the second room was covered in hair and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. I was very disappointed by all this and felt like I couldn’t fully relax at this house. It overall just felt kind of gross :( 2. Contrary to other reviews, I didn’t personally like the location. It’s close to tourist attractions, but unfortunately that means there were so many tourists everywhere. It felt difficult to escape because the apartment isn’t close to a train station; it’s about a 15 minute walk from one. We had to use taxis often to get places. I wish I would have booked a quieter location closer to a train station. 3. Washer/dryer didn’t work well. I ran a dryer cycle for over 3 hours and clothes were still wet. There was an error code that the lint trap was clogged but it didn’t appear clogged. It needs some maintenance to function properly.
