Fabulous property! Location was fantastic and it was so comfortable! Would 100% recommend

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even with our whole family there, we never felt crowded. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and a great base for exploring Kyoto. The showers were wonderful with plenty of hot water, and the soaking tub (ofuro) felt amazing after long days of exploring Kyoto. One of our favorite features was the private terrace off the master bedroom—it was such a peaceful and lovely space to enjoy. The owners were wonderful as well. They were very prompt in responding whenever we had questions and were always kind, helpful, and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home there.

Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! We had such a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

This stay is non staffed, but you will reach the personal fast and reliable via chat or mail. Our questions were answerd quick and if when we needed help the extra mile was taken to help us have a safe and comfortable stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and the location is really great. The neighborhood is quiet and you reach the city center within minutes.

It has a very authentic feel

The upstairs smaller bedroom was a bit small and the mattress wasn’t so comfortable.
