Location, Japanese home feeling

no bathroom on third floor bedrooms

The accommodation is conveniently located close to Kyoto station and several public transport stations, so we could get to all the city sights easily. As I was travelling with my family, it was important for us to have multiple separate bedrooms in the house. There were three bedrooms and two toilets. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern. The internet connection and floor heating in the living room was great and we had everything we needed for our stay, overall it was good value for money. The check-in process was very smooth and the host communicated with us throughout our stay.

The house could use some renovation; although we enjoyed staying in a traditional home, the wall paint and some of the equipment looked old (like the air conditioner in one of the rooms that we needed to use for heating). Please note that the bedrooms are on a different floor than any of the toilets, and they are two floors above the bathroom - this didn't bother us, but someone with difficulty with movement should consider it. A few hooks for bathing towels could be added to the bathroom as well. We visited in cold weather and some of the windows couldn't be closed fully or they were letting in cold air (the house has air conditioning for heating though).

Le logement est très spacieux, il est parfait pour une famille. Il est aussi très bien équipé si vous voulez faire la cuisine. En plus, il est situé près du centre et de la gare, dans une rue très calme.
