フロントさんが常駐してないです。
チェックイン、アウトがわかりにくいので、常駐してなくても、すぐにつながる電話を確保してほしかったです。

Very modern, yet still had the Japanese charm that you desire. Very clean & spacious. Keyless entry is also wonderful. I often fumble around looking for it, so this was a nice change
Hallways & elevator were HUMID. Not in their control, but the location is off the beaten path. Several blocks from public transportation, especially with many bags.
