Enough room to fit everyone
The check-in process was not easy for a large group. We had 2 families and had to coordinate with staff. Friendly, but didn't expect the large deposit. You will pay additional due to Kyoto policy.

立地もそれなりによく、車が一台分停められるのは大変助かりました。2台で行ったので、1台はパーキングに駐車しなければなりませんでしたが、近くにパーキングもありとても助かりました。あいにくの雨でしたが、洗濯も問題なくでき、10人で宿泊しても問題なかったです。また差し入れもいただき大変心が温まりました。また機会があればよろしくお願いいたします。
身分の確認がありましたが少し時間がかかってしまったため、もう少し短縮できると助かるなと思いました。（だいたい3、40分くらいかかったかと思います。）他は特にないです。

Host very helpful and brought some delicious pastries for us. Quiet location within a few minutes walk of both bus and train into the centre of Kyoto. Property was very clean.
