Lovely accommodation

- The location of the house is very good, near to Kyoto Station; everything could be reached very easily (train, bus, shops etc.) - Quiet and peaceful area. - Rooms have a reasonable size.

Property is in no way refected what was offered as a luxery villa on internet. The property is highly overprized. We therefore request a part refund, these for following reasons: - Address seems not to be correct since the taxi driver nor two receptionists from hotels nearby could find it out. - The kitchen is equipped very poorly i.e. only three glases and two pans in a villa for six persons. - One bathroom in a villa for six persons. - Dishwasher and oven were forbidden to use because of fear of being damaged. - Coffee machine mentionend on internet was locked away and eventually was made available only upon request. The reason for this rather strange behaviour was fear of producing to much platic waste by using the coffee machine. - The heater of the A/C did not function properly. Therefore the rooms were often quite cold especially those on the groundfloor were freezing. The half of the rental prize of the house would correspond to what the house really offers.
