We did not receive hot water at any point during our stay, despite keeping the water heater on continuously. Repeated attempts to get assistance from the staff were unsuccessful, and the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the heater smelled a little bit which affected the conditions too. Additionally, accessing the building was extremely difficult. It took us nearly an hour to enter upon arrival, and the process was far more complicated and time-consuming than it should have been. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay. Would consider staying elsewhere, given the weather conditions and the hot water issue
