The location was absolutely amazing

Has the potential to be brilliant. Just need to improve on key exchange and ensurr amenities are working.
Location was great.
Complicated key pickup. Went to pick up keys but they were not there and it was late in the evening and limited ways of accessing the helpline. Phone call only so couldn’t contact via wifi. Took them a long time to organise for the keys to be brought over. There was no hot water. And due to location it is quite loud at night.

Never come back again
Good location
Very bad maintenance and customer service.
Starting the next morning after arrival, boiler stopped working. Also, heater was not working well. We reported the issue to the landlord but they did not take the problem seriously. They finally fixed the problem at night before we leave. We left with no warm shower and room for more than two days.
The door of the freezer does not shut well and the inside was full of frost. The light in the bathroom was blinking.
These episodes show that the owner does not maintain the apartment for its customer.
This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed.

Would book this again if in Dublin
Location was really great

Never again.
It is in the middle of the city.
The office where you have to pick up the keys is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. You have to carry the suitcases up to there and no one helps you.
It is impossible to sleep there, it is too noisy. I do not recommend anyone to stay there.

In the middle of everything- great location
Great location- really spacious so 6 of us had space. You walk straight out of the front door and you’re in the middle of everything. Very comfortable. Karaoke bars all around at night and lots of seagulls in the morning which either adds to the atmosphere for you or drives you crazy depending on how you are.
We had booked 6 beds - we got 4. We separated one double bed that zipped apart. Then we had no bedding for it. Not wanting to cause a fuss the person affected didn’t mention it so was uncomfortable until I saw inside the room. I was furious and this took the shine off. The apartment was advertised with 6 beds, I reminded them about it before we arrived. Couldn’t they just have done their job?

We enjoyed it but others might find a few issues here and there.
It's well situated and if you want the city feel it's great. We liked the late night music and being in amongst all.
The property itself is tired; curtains hanging off the rails, broken cabinet in bathroom, window and balcony door hard to use and the tv remotes didn't work well... would be lovely with a little more attention put in.

Hot and noisy - book the other one-bedroom apartment if your can
Be aware that the company is renting two different locations, one on Crown alley (dark walls on the pictures) and one on Cope street, just around the corner (green windows on the pictures). The present review is for the one bedroom apartment on Crown alley. First, I was surprised to be given this apartment, as I remembered that I had booked the one with green windows - which is also the picture I had on my booking reservation (the office told me that it was my mistake, so let's assume that they were right). The apartment I received had no dish washers, contrarily to the description of the apartment on my reservation. The office told me that they made a mistake in the description, but made no effort to mitigate the problem. So in two different ways, the apartment did not meet my fair expectation. The apartment is a bit worn out, with holes in the linoleum of the kitchen floor and mold in the shower. The location of the apartment could not be more central, which is nice, but as the apartment is just in front of the bad ass bar, there is noisy live music until 1:30am (you will hear "stand by me", "Doreen" and other popular songs 3 times an evening, 3 evenings in a row). The windows do not insulate much of the noise. Moreover, if you are "lucky" to have good weather during your stay, the apartment will become hot like an oven and you will suffocate. If you open the windows to get some fresh air, you will get an extra 10 decibels in return. Don't expect to be able to sleep before 1:30am. To be fair, the room in the back is quieter (though with a smell of old restaurant oil). My advice is to book the other location on Cope street (green windows), which seems much quieter and with less direct sun (and nicer on the pictures). Ask for the confirmation of the address once you have made your reservation, to avoid bad surprises when you arrive. Be also aware that you will have to pick your keys in the office, roughly 1km from the property.

Could not find a better location in Dublin!
The location could not be better! The keyless entry was great and easy check in (apparently that was a problem years before in the reviews- but not a problem now!) i thought it would be really loud- well it was- live music and amazing with windows open. Surprisingly with the windows closed you could barely hear a thing! It was so fun to have windows open and sing song. Downside was the apartment was definitely beat up. It was clean but bathroom had mold. They came and addressed it that day - painting it and removing it. Hopefully they fix it up a bit soon because the service and location cannot be beat. Even with the bathroom issues, it was an amazing stay!
The mold in the bathroom- but they did come fix it while we were there.

The central heating system didn’t work.even after repeated complaints, the staff was unable to resolvethe issue in the 4
The location was fantastic.
The property was really old and rugged. Plus the hallway and bathroom was really small. The bathroom in particular was unkept!

It was ok all in all
Pick up keys from different location was a bit of a pain. Beds were too firm for me but others in my party liked that. Door handle broke locking us out of the second bedroom. Hot water was good. Location was right in the middle of Temple Bar, noise was obviously awful, and rooms were not sound proof as detailed, the big opening Windows didn't close properly. No lift up to top floor!

Amazing!
The facilities were amazing, fully furnished and everything was at a gold standard for our stay. Check in was done digitally and offered straightforward access without having to check in at a reception. All of our needs were met during our stay and I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Highly recommend to stay here during your travels to Dublin!

Great! Bank holiday weekend with foot race. Lots to see and do
Very Close to everything. Drunk people very entertaining. Lots of food options close by.
Better explanation of where the Grafton street office was. It is in alley and cannot be be seen if on Grafton street proper.

Excellent location, clean & spacious
Excellent location, within 1 minute walk from the heart of Temple Bar, but away enough from the noise, so you can have a rest during the night.
Clean, equipped with everything we needed for a short city break.
Would definitely recommend!

Great location, had a brilliant stay in Dublin was disappointed with the worry of entering building through phone ap. we
Brilliant location
Didn’t realise when booking we wouldn’t have a key or card. Access by phone ap which was troublesome. Requested keys which was denied. This was a worry throughout our stay making sure phone was charged and a fiddle to try get in each time we wanted access. The code given didn’t open both doors so had to keep changing and it was just fiddly and a worry .

Old, in need of renovation , leaking roofs, no hot water or heating half of our stay, no tv, no details of appliance instructions etc. up key didn’t always work efficiently. Very disappointing stay

Best location and responsive hosts
The location was truly exceptional, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. As mentioned in previous reviews, the apartment could benefit from a small refresh. Still, it perfectly suited our needs and provided a comfortable base for our stay. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the area.

Fine for college kids (?) but not again.
Great location right downtown- walk to everything
Old and shabby. Travelling with our mother in law and thought an apartment would be easier than running between rooms. Location was awesome but was dingy, old band simply not worth it. Hotel rooms for same price would have been much better choice. Lots of stairs and dark hallways.

Good
The flat was big with three bathrooms - perfect for a group of six people.
We arrived in the middle of the night and had to pick up the key at the office which was not near the flat - a key box would have been easier. Additionally the flat we booked was changed from city centre to the Docklands. However, the flat was nice and we were compensated for the inconvenience. I would fully recommend this company.

A perfect place for affordable, self-contained conference accommodation
We were moved to a different location at the last minute, further away from the 'action' of Temple Bar, because of plumbing problems at the booked apartment. The host was very helpful when anything was needed. Location had terrific views over the city - very relaxing and quiet, but very close to shops and a taxi rank.
We asked about recycling options for our rubbish, as there was just one bin and we wanted to separate our papers and bottles, etc.

We left after the first night and only stayed because it was late and we had 2 young children and could not find another
There was nothing that we liked about this property.
This property was beyond dirty and the pictures did not match the apartment. Here are a few of the major problem: Missing/broken smoke detectors, mold on the kitchen and bathroom walls, water damage, the couch made it so you couldn’t open the refrigerator, big gaps in flooring, exposed moldy piping, broken furniture,
heavy bedroom and bathroom doors automatically close unless firmly propped open, the entry to apartment looked like a jail cell and the overall uncleanliness.

all in all this served our purpose for the 4 nights we stayed. great location
the property was not like the picture shown but comfortable enough and in a great location - Temple Bar District
the staff was very helpful when we had questions.
the furnishings need to be updated, although clean enough the couch was badly stained and should be replaced. kitchen was well appointed with utensils.
bed was comfy. we had difficulty with the “all in one washer/ dryer” instructions could be clearer. the original fridge didn’t work but the replacement worked fine.

use online check in , no need to pick up the key, all by app.

Great location, plenty of space on the apartment. Check-in a bit clunky but otherwise a great stay!
The stay was great overall.
- Amazing location and the place was clean and spacious for all of us.
- Beds were comfortable
- Once we got the key code app to work, was a great touch and easier than a a physical key
- Check-in process was clunky.
- Our apartment was 20min away from the reception desk.
- There was no parking or temporary parking at the reception location and it was located on a super small street. Plan accordingly here
- There was no temporary parking at the apartment either to unload our luggage (It was a party of 6 in 2 cars).
- The key card that they gave us, didn't work to let us in the main door to the apartment and we didn't have enough signal to download the app so we had to go somewhere with wifi to download app, before we could open the door.

very pleased
location of the apartments was great, it was very comfortable too.
very good for the price aswell, great that we had our own apartment compared to paying more for staying in a hotel that wasn’t as close to the temple bar street!
the facilities were adequate, felt the apartment overall was fairly clean, however we did find some rubbish from previous users that hasn’t been cleaned up.

Disappointing condition
Very good location within Temple Bar
We stayed in apartment 5. There was a terrible smell from the drains in the morning after sinks and showers were used.
The patio doors in the kitchen and bedroom were hanging off their hinges, an issue previously reported by other guests who have left reviews about the same issue.
Generally, the apartment could do with re decoration as the walls were grubby. Mirror in en suite wasn’t secured well on wall.

great stay, easy booking and friendly staff
location was great for the number of things to do
could get a little noisy at night if you wanted to sleep with the window open…..that being said…..when the windows were closed you could barely hear the crowds in the bar district

Bad
Too expensive, and water pomp broken and handles broken, rusty spot in the kitchen.

Perfect for nightlife
Great location, right in the centre of Temple Bar so bars are just round the corner!
The apartment looked tired, understandable though as im sure it gets constant use throughout the year. Bathroom tiles were dirty - not sure if it was down to age or lack of cleaning, the extractor fan was also broken.
