Great location outside of the city centre, however within a few minutes walk of transport links into the city. Also only a 5 minute walk away from the Aviva stadium and located close to the river for a lovely walk into the town. Approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the beach/sea front.
The property was clean throughout.
We arrived on a late flight, so there was nobody to provide access to the property, however thorough instructions were provided prior to us arriving.

Very good communication throughout. Gorgeous building in a lovely location. Only a 30 minute walk to city centre or easy public transport links nearby. Excellent proximity to Aviva stadium. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay.

the location (near DART and bus station, 40 minutes to city center by foot)
the staff was very friendly and helped me when I had trouble with my door.
kitchenware, tv, spacious
overall cleanliness, no spider webs or bugs :)
bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo) were of very small size, therefore I suggest bringing your own
I stayed in apartment 6 - ground floor - and my windows were directly to the road. as there was a construction site the entirety of my stay, I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy.
the walls are very thin, you can hear every little noise that the other guests make
there is no dishsoap, so if you wish to cook your own meals and use the dishes provided, you have to buy your own
$$$$
