1. The pictures on booking website little bit different. The glass table is all scratched and in bad condition all chair

The staff are not responsive. We requested a partial refund because the apartment does not match the photos at all. The price is clearly based on the photos shown in the listing, but what you actually get is completely different from what you expect. This feels misleading and dishonest. In response to our complaint, we were told that the photos on the website are ‘representative photos’. If that is the case, then why does the actual condition and renovation of the apartment not match those photos at all? In that situation, the price should reflect the real apartment, not the representative images. Otherwise, the price should remain only for what is shown in the photos.

Love Dublin.

Location, comfort. Easy walk from Bus Stop at Custom House Quay. Easy walk to Guinness Store and Jamieson Distillery. Also Temple Bar etc. Everything needed is close by.

The app used for entry has to be signed into almost every time I came back.. Groups of youths hanging at the entrance for hours in the evenings. Not sure what this is about.

centrally located apartment

Th apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Dublin. The provided washing machine/ dryer was very convenient and was nice to have. There are plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. Kitchen was great for making breakfast.

The apartment is outdated and the bed was extremely firm...like a thin mat on the ground firm.

Avoid it

I was in apartment number 7, window fixtures are very old and house have zero insulation from noise. You have the tram every 5 minutes from 5:43 to 0:29, plus drunk people on the street, car alarms and other very strong noises going on all night. Bathroom is old and shower flow is minimal

It was perfect for what we wanted it for. Two bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of top .

Kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were clean

Hot water and shower didn’t work as well as the plug sockets. staff very unapologetic and tried denying the issues after 5 separate phone calls. Only admitted their mistake when I sent videos with time stamps. Would not recommend staying in this property.

My first visit to Dublin

It was very close proximity to everything I wanted to do and see, very close to bus links to the airport, very close proximity to shops, and many restaurants I used the smart door lock, found this really easy to use,

Just found it noisy for sleeping purposes as it was on a busy street, but I come from a very small village in Scotland, so I fully expected everything to be noisy in a city like Dublin, so not really a complaint, and would definitely use this accommodation again

The location was very close to shopping centres,supermarkets,shops and takeaways

I did not appriciate having to pay an extra 200euro security deposit when i was collecting the keys which was in a seperate location.this was not on booking.com website...we had no card on us so we had to use some of our spending money. It was in a dodgy place with groups of teens and men hanging outside all night and didnt feel safe going in and out when it got dark. The front door of the apartmentlooked like it had been knocked in with an iron cover over the keyhole and the smell of pint was overpowering. it was freezing cold as the heating hadnt been set. We had to manually close one of the blinds as it was broke....Everything needed TLC...The blinds were horribly stained ,the presses and fridge etc were damaged No extra bedding or towels considering it was freezing we needed it It was very clean in fairness but we came back the first night and there was bugs everywhere in the bathroom and bedroom!Disgusting! The windows were so bad we could hear the trams going from 6am till after midnight ....it said on the website thry were 5mins walk...they are right outside !!so noisy...if we had to know they were so close we wouldnt have booked it. It also said on the website that there was a flatscreen with satellite channels...that was not the case...it was a small tv on a stand with less then 10irish channels...there was wifi but we were blocked from connecting our phones to watch a movie or to look at netflix which was stupid! What we got is nothing like the pictures!!Its literally a different place which was false advertisement really!! Literally the only good thing about here was the location...which is probably why it was so expensive!It was close to all supermarkets,shopping centres,takeaways etc So angry and disappointed that we got conned so much!!
