GuestReady - Central City Escape

It was easy to collect the keys after talking to one of the advisors and the fact that it was on the way to the apartment was super useful. It was easy communication, quick collection and all the keys were easily identifiable.

Perhaps what could have been communication better was the actual apartment number. We were not aware of the security in the building and that there were more than 200 flats. An apartment range was provided, 92-99 and then a floor which then has us guessing whether it was 99, 98 or 97. The location I would say is very convenient but also slightly dodgy.

What breakfast? We liked location.

The shower attachment in the shower was BROKEN making it impossible to get a proper shower. There was no switch in the main bathroom to direct water through faucet or shower head. The coffee pods were not the right ones for the coffee maker. The induction range was finicky and did not operate well. The washing/drying machine did not work. It did wash but did not dry. Maybe there is an incantation that would make it work. There should have been an option to obtain two sets of keys for our party of four. The keys were to be available at 3:00 pm but were not actually available until 4:00. We had been on a red-eye flight and this was difficult.
