It's basic but good for a short trip with no frills.

We booked two small double rooms for a one night stay. They are indeed small and very basic. There is a double bed, a desk and a clothes rail, that's it. Each room has an en suite shower and toilet, which were adequate for us. There is also access to a shared kitchen/lounge. The TV in there was broken, but we didn't need a TV for one night. It was clean. You get given a fob on a lanyard for your room rather than a key that gave you access into various areas like the games room, gym, and roof garden. The location is great for the tram. There were towels and basic toiletries provided in the room. The staff that we encountered were all very polite, welcoming, and helpful.

The mattresses were 'interesting' and noisy. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The room was very hot without the window open and noisy due to the trams passing outside when the window was open.

Good value, great location, good base for a Dublin trip.

Location was great, the room had everything we needed, big kitchen area, rooftop terrace, the staff were brilliant. Any problems reported were fixed within minutes. We could check in really early, and we left our bags there all day after we checked out.

Kitchen area wasn't very clean, the room was stiflingly hot, no air flow. The window was directly over a builders yard, which can't be helped, but it was very noisy in a morning.

Location was within a 5 minute walk of O'Connell Street and 5 minutes to the River Liffey. We had views over the Eastern half of the city. Shops for food were only 2 minutes away, but expect to pay big city prices. Tram line just outside but overnight with the windows closed they did not disturb us.

Excellent location walkable distance to main town centre and public transport very close by, good kitchen. Very friendly helpful staff.

Luckily we didn’t cook other than making coffee, because there were no cleaning products available to wash/dry any dishes

La llum del lavabo no funcionava. És molt car per l’haabitació i les prestacions que oferien. Habitació petita i a més no tenia tovallola de mans ni estoneta de la dutxa. Molt limitat.

Praktische Einrichtung

Die Luft im Flur und im Fahrstuhl war extrem schlecht, dies traf bei unserer Ankunft auch auf das Zimmer zu. Da sich nur ein Fenster in Kippstellung bewegen ließ, war die Raumtemperatur kaum auszuhalten. Die Erste Nacht war ganz fürchterlich. Wie haben über Tag das Fenster aufgelassen, doch auch die nächsten beiden Nächte waren sehr unangenehm. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

La pulizia della camera, la sedia era sporca e le superfici erano piene di ditate. Non c’era il tappetino della doccia né un cestino per i rifiuti, né un bicchiere per appoggiare lo spazzolino. Lavandino minuscolo, non si riesce ad usarlo senza bagnare ovunque.

Agréable et fonctionnel

Situation géographique, logement fonctionnel et propre, accueil sympathique.

J'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait 1 ou 2 sachets de thé sur place, et l'écoulement de notre évier était très lent (ce que nous avons signalé en quittant le logement). Sinon, c'est 1 très bonne solution de louer les studios étudiants pendant l'été, le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant.
