The location is nice, convenient for us to take uber to the airport.

We had issue for the electric lock, even the staffs used emergency key, it wasn’t working at all. Our luggages were locked in the room. At that time we were very panic. They called the technician to fix it. We finally got our stuffs after waiting 3 hours. We felt like the overall value was not as per expectation.

Simplicité

The location was very good. Staff pleasant.

The basics were missing like rubbish bin in room, avoidable noise. There was a problem with the room across the corridor very late in the evening that could have been dealt with in a far quieter manner - not standing in the corridor outside our door talking about it (loudly)! If you are after a student experience that is what you get. On arrival, although shown to our room, it would have been good to have a few basics explained, like including that you need to lock your room when you leave (it didn't automatically lock when you shut the door) etc.
