Walking distance to centre but not nice nor clean part of Dublin

Spacious flat, walking distance to centre, two bathrooms, price is good for Dublin.

Dirty surroundings, noisy, garbage and smell of garabage on the street, strange people around. Kitchen could be better equipped and cleaned.

The cheapest option is sometimes not worth it...

The location and the host was very nice. The house had several cooking utensils and utilities.

- We had trouble with the boiler and did not have hot water for the first day. - The apartment had a humidity problem which caused a very bad odor, especially in one of the bedrooms and storage closets. Even with open windows and heaters on, the smell persisted. - One of the bedrooms had a very bad humidity problem, the carpet was moist and it triggered allergies on the occupants. - The balcony door did not close completely and could be opened from the outside, which caused an unsafe environment for the guests. - The wifi did not work well, not only was it slow as it would also lose connection several times. - The dining table had a loose leg and was very unstable.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The heating was excellent and we had plenty of room for our family. The apartment is also near to grocery shops, bus and tram stops. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Many thanks to the host.

Provided the sleep arrangements for the family.

The ensuite had poor drainage so we only used the alternative bathroom. Also, the TV did not work.

Location was super. Cozy, spacious apartment. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly.

Probably quite good value in expensive city for a group compared to a hotel - but wouldn't go again.

The apartment was spacious. Host gave instructions on access, responded to query about bedding, and offered help. Quite central location. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Close to an overnight parking facility - secure but expensive. Key box outside there.

Picking up keys from a lock box on the street on a cycle stand. Paid for five people {for group of 4) to ensure bedding for the sofa bed but no duvet cover or sheet for sofa bed. Linen cupboard unpleasant. Clean but everything needed revamping. Location not nice. View of empty lot full of rubbish. and rubbish on the road.

hmmm, try to avoid cos it’s a bit rank and in a shabby area and stuff doesn’t work…

it’s in a central location fair enough, and it’s a large flat with two bedrooms (both double beds, one en-suite), fitted kitchen

collecting the key from a lockbox which was chained in a bicycle lock chain to a bicycle stand, in the streets… at street level! was the first challenge… i mean people have bags! and then they have to bend down and handle this bike lock chain thing to get the key out, hoping that no dogs have urinated over it etc… really it was pretty lousy…. Then the approaching street and surrounding area is dire! Very dirty area and kinda threatening. The metal gates to the property look like prison gates, and the clunk extremely loudly which is audible in the flat so any latecomers for the other flats in the building wake you up at night, the TV didn’t work, one toilet didn’t flush… thankfully there’s another but still… there is a washing machine but no dryer and the one bathroom smelled very damp … it’s passable at best and okay for one night, wouldn’t stay longer .

Excelente localização, má limpeza do espaço.

A localização do espaço era incrível, muito perto da O'Connell Street, assim como de transportes públicos, restaurantes, bares e supermercados.

A limpeza do espaço deixa muito a desejar, não parecia ter sido limpo de forma completa, não existem sequer utensílios de limpeza em condições para os hóspedes utilizarem. As camas não eram muito confortáveis, as cortinas do quarto estão danificadas e não tapam a claridade do sol, o sofá estava a desfazer-se ligeiramente e faltavam muitos utensílios na cozinha. O forno, a torradeira e o microondas estavam sujos e a televisão não funcionava. A porta da varanda não fecha, o trinco da mesma não funciona. As obras mantêm-se, sendo que os trabalhos começam logo às 6h da manhã. Pelo que conseguimos perceber, as obras ainda irão durar bastante tempo.

Excelente opción con buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena, fué muy funcional que cuenta con dos baños, muy fácil y rápido el contacto con el host, cuenta con calefacción, suficientes cobijas y toallas, en general todo muy agradable.

At det lå centralt Oh my god til de fleste ting

Dejligt med meget slidt og der var ikke rengjort det ville mit oppe i lejligheden. For eksempel sad der et sugerør fast på væggen. Sengetøjet virkede ikke rent og håndklæderne var plette. Det var meget støj, om fra den byggeplads der lå ved siden af, og om natten larm for fra mennesker og måger lige nede for vores vinduer.

Malheureusement l'appartement est situé en plein milieu d'un chantier de construction d'un immeuble. Le réveil c'est 6h30 ! Balcon inutilisable, trop sale. Propreté de l'appartement à revoir, y compris les literies, le four.

Es war komfortabel und soweit alles Notwendige vorhanden

Das Appartement lag unmittelbar neben einer Großbaustelle mit entsprechender Lärmkulisse ab 7 bzw 7.30 Uhr. Anfahrt der Bau-LKW direkt vor dem Haus bzw. unter dem Fenster (s. Foto). Das hätte angezeigt werden müssen. Dafür ist dann der Preis zu hoch. Mit dem Wissen hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht.
