Saint Annes Guest House - 22 Berkeley

Clean, nespresso was great, fridge, good shower, comfortable bed, good for our short stay as we needed to get to the airport the next morning.

Too far from city centre for a longer stay, if that’s where you want to be.

Comfortable and clean, felt safe and there was no noise. Chose the guest house for convenience to walk to and from a concert at Croke Park.

The room access instructions were a little confusing but the receptionist was very helpful when we asked for clarification. Their office is a 20min walk from the property though.

Cheap, and good location.

An exceptionally confusing entry experience. First, it was at 21, not 22. Then, there were no less than 3 different passwords lost in a wall of text. Just in case it wasn't confusing enough the bathroom is numbered the same number as the bedroom, and it isn't immediately obviously that it is the door of the bathroom. Why have the same room number as the bedroom but a different code? Makes no sense and it was infuriating. It was also a pain having to type in the password every time we needed to use the loo.
