Saint Annes Guest House - 22 Berkeley

We got room 10. Clean and small room with a very comfortable beds. We didn’t get any problems with the main door’s locker.

A very noisy heater! It is hidden in the closet in the room and turn automatically on from time to time during the night and every time when someone goes to the bathroom. It heats not only room’s 10 hot water in the shower, but also room’s 12 shower. In the morning we did not have hot water in the shower. Very limited kitchen utensils. If there would be more then 1 family in the kitchen same time, will be not possible to use kitchen stove. Looks like there is no soundproofing at all in the room and bathroom. You can hear in the room what others doing in there bathroom

Everything is really modern and clean, the mattresses are super comfortable

Dublin prices are insane but still it is quite ridiculous that a place asks you for 85 euros to stay in a room in a house shared with more guests even if the place look spotless and really modern.

Great location with a nice park, a hospital, and two bus stops with direct lines to the city center right opposite the accommodation. The room and bathroom were clean and very nice. Overall, I can recommend :)

I did not feel completely safe in the room because it was located on the lower ground floor with a window that couldn't be fully closed. The window faced the inner courtyard where guests sat and had breakfast.

Cheap, and good location.

An exceptionally confusing entry experience. First, it was at 21, not 22. Then, there were no less than 3 different passwords lost in a wall of text. Just in case it wasn't confusing enough the bathroom is numbered the same number as the bedroom, and it isn't immediately obviously that it is the door of the bathroom. Why have the same room number as the bedroom but a different code? Makes no sense and it was infuriating. It was also a pain having to type in the password every time we needed to use the loo.
