The apartment was exactly what I needed for my business trip. The location was useful for long journeys, being right by the LUAS station. The apartment was well equipped, with good appliances, including a hair dryer, basic kitchen utensils, etc. Although I did have to contact staff a couple of times, they were very responsive.
It is inconvenient to have to go to a completely different location in the city to check in and collect the keys, although the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-out is a lot more simple. The apartment isn't located where it is indicated on various maps (including the Booking.com map and Google Maps), which wasn't too much of a problem, but was further away from my work venue than I had planned.

It is probably pointless talking about the specific apartment we got cause I am sure this outfit have plenty and it is really luck whichever you get put in. It was a perfectly fine apartment to stay in over the long weekend. No frills. The bed was comfortable, bedding clean. One bathroom and an extra toilet - clean. Kitchen stocked with cutlery and crockery etc. Kitchen also had supply of tea/coffee. Location was good.
The apartment we got was one that features on NONE of the photos. Awkward shape e.g. small living area downstairs, then up spiral staircase to bedroom which was large. Furniture all very worn and used - could use a refresh. Furniture and furnishings/décor very substandard compared to what you see on the photos. Collecting keys which was at least a 30min walk from actual apartment - thankfully we got a taxi to apartment - imagine not what you want late at night.
