Bedroom doors didn’t shut properly - the complexity of having a car and park was more than it should have been

The location was good in that there is a tram 2 minutes away so easy to get to the center of town but also easy walking distance to places of interest. There are coffee shops, restaurants and convenience markets for milk etc. The apt itself was perfect and even had a washing machine! The email we were sent had a link to a phone number which always worked which was initially much needed and very helpful
We had to pick the keys up from an office which was a 20 min taxi ride away. We were travel weary and negotiating buses and trams with luggage was not an option. I think this needs to be clearer when booking. The toilet did not flush properly and it took 24 hours for it to be repaired. The instructions for our apartment were inaccurate which also led to much confusion.

The Location was excellent. We had a bit of walk to get the keys but not too far. There was parking nearby as well as restaurants. Neighborhood was very nice.
If someone had met us with the key or the office had been closer it would have been easier.
