Fantastic location and walkable to everywhere. The hop on / off Big Red bus starts close by. The best pub a minute away - the Celt - great Irish pub with great beers, food and atmosphere.

Nice apartment in a convenient location

The apartment was in a convenient location for us. It was pretty much as described and depicted in the pictures. The kitchen seemed relatively well stocked although we really didn't use it much.

The apartment is on the corner of a fairly busy intersection and there is a fair amount of late night street noise. We knew this from the prior reviews and we were fine with it. (We are a couple of seniors in our 70's)

Great place to discover Dublin

Very central location, we could go to most places by foot. The appartment was very comfortable and we had everything we needed, including shower supplies. Coffee shop next door is very good, and there are several grocery stores nearby. Our host Alan was super friendly and helpful.

It's in a lively neighborhood, so it can get a bit noisy at night.

Great apartment on the Northside of the river.

Apartment had everything you needed . Quiet, comfortable bed . Washer dryer was great when travelling. Alan our host was brilliant,even carried our bags upstairs also hailed a cab when we were leaving .

Convenient, quiet, clean and easy to access to/fro Dublin AIrport

The keys were available at the Western Union outlet next door. The location was central - right on O'Connell Street with access to supermarkets, department stores, bars, restaurants and a host of other shops. The apartment was clean, well stocked with everything you would need for a one-night or longer stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with plentiful hot water. The host was also very helpful - sorting ou a minor wifi problem we had upon arrival.

We weren't aware when booking that there were stairs up to the apartments. The host put us on the lowest (first) floor.

Great Flat for Dublin city.

Superb location. Flat was suitable for 4. Good facilities. Comfortable beds. Shower great. Host Alan was very helpful.

Only bath towels provided. Hand towels would have been useful. Toiletries were limited, but it didn't matter for us as brought own. The entrance and staircase looked a bit shabby.

Great experience

Everything. I stayed at apartment number two. It is really well located, the size was perfect for a couple, very cozy and comfortable. It has everything we needed and more. I was surprised by the quality and the condition of the apartment as it’s normal to find old buildings around the centre. The owner was really nice to us by giving a lot of tips about the city and also allowing us to enter a bit latter than the normal. Really recommend this apartment 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was a good size, and is centrally located.

The location was very central with good pub around the corner and grocery stores nearby. The host, Alan, was very helpful and responsive.

It was on the second floor which meant carrying suitcases up a lot of stairs.

Central Dublin apartment positive experience.

Brilliant location. Right in the middle of Dublin City. Apartment was very clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of cups, glasses, plates etc. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bedroom at back of apartment so it was quiet. Good Internet connection. TV with plenty of movies and TV shows to access. Apartment is very close to shops, cafes, fast food restaurants, restaurants and bars. O'Connell street less than 5 minutes walk. Luas and Busaras bus station about a 5 minute walk. Apartment was great value for money considering it's location and access to the city centre. Apartment manager was extremely easy to contact. Replied promptly to any queries. Gave us some great suggestions for things to do. Overall would highly recommend.

The building location is sketchy. The facility itself is old and rundown. Parking is virtually nonexistent except for a pricey parking garage. Could have stayed in a more up-to-date hotel for the same or less money.

Central location with helpful hosts

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage downstairs until it was time to check in. When they called us back, they had already hiked our bags up to the third floor for us, which was super nice and helpful. The apartments were clean and spacious and we were also able to do laundry while we were there.

We were a family group of 6 with only one couple, and so were counting on the beds and sleep sofas described between the two apartments to accommodate our group. The one bedroom apartment said it had a king bed and a sleep sofa, but it only had a double bed and the small sofa didn't fold out. They brought up a cot for us and so we made do, but it wasn't ideal - description just needed to be fixed, I think.

For the price it’s great.

Nice and clean apartment. Very small but big enough for two people. Comfy sofa. Comfy double bed. Well equipped kitchen with toaster, oven/4 hob (electric), kettle, fridge, microwave. Small dining table. Nice bathroom with shower. Decent TV with Netflix. Tesco is a 1 minute walk away. Loads of shops in the area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways. It’s a 10/15 minute walk from temple bar. Hire one of the many bikes that are all over the city. Good laugh and very cheap. Much quicker than walking everywhere. Also the seagulls are awesome! My girlfriend hates them but I feed them and make new friends! They are EVERYWHERE!

The area is a bit rough but no more so than most big cities. The living room faces onto a main road so it’s quite noisy with the window open. The bedroom is noisy at night because of the air conditioning units on the adjacent building but not as bad with the window closed. Like most apartments there is zero sound insulation so could hear everything from above.

Great location , great welcome and supportive host

Clean linen and spare blankets , pillows and duvet if needed . Amazing location .central to everything abs our host gave tourist recommendations which we took up and thoroughly enjoyed . Check out was easy and great communication with host during our stay . Excellent would recommend Celtic nights abs the vintage tea on the bus - marvelous

We could not access live tv but that could have been our inability to work the controls . We could not find a plug so washed our dishes in the large saucepan . We could have contacted host about these issues but for us they did not really impair the quality of our stay . We just made do with a smile 😃

Beautiful apartment shame about the bedroom window

Very nice, clean and aromatic apartment in a good location. The windows are beautiful and big sash windows

As this is a multiple apartment block. Some people keep leaving the front door unlocked which is a bit of a concern when you are not in the apartment. The local area is a little run down. The sash window in the bedroom is single glazed and let's a lot of noise in which is disruptive to sleep. Probably would make the apartment very cold in the winter as the windows in the living room are also single glazed.
