- location was just perfect
- enough & comfortable room for 6 people for each apartment
- super noisy , the bathroom and bad isolation as you can hear everything
- heating was off in some rooms and it was super cold
- only one bathroom for 6 people can be discomfortable

The apartment was clean and in a good location but frankly shabby condition.
The apartment was shabby, chipped paint, lamps that didn’t work (not just light bulbs), holes is blankets etc. Very outdated and frankly depressing. It has the potential to be a great property with fresh paint, new drapes, bedding, lamps etc. The expensive would not be great so assume ownership doesn’t really care.
