Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the GPO, The Irish Emigration Museum, and Temple Bar.
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedrooms each have a UK double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

Dublin 1 is a lively and diverse area on the north side of Dublin’s city centre. It includes well-known places such as O’Connell Street, the IFSC, Mountjoy Square, and parts of the Docklands. The area blends historic architecture with modern offices and apartments, and is home to shops, cafés, cultural venues, and workplaces. With excellent public transport links, proximity to the River Liffey, and easy access to the rest of the city, Dublin 1 is a busy and central part of urban life.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest Luas station, Jervis Luas Stop, is just a 3-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
