Flat was clean and well appointed. In a great central Location but not noisy (apart from the seagulls!). Secure with the two codes and door locking app. Communication was helpful and timely (check in, question about property, WIFi issue and then check out)

If I’m being picky: hand soap doesn’t qualify as toiletries (in accommodation description), shower didn’t drain properly and despite a confirmed request we still got a feather pillow each (but also non feather ones)

Great location (inside Temple Bar district).

Air inside the apartment is warm in the summer and there was only one small (working) fan. Opening the windows in this area (Temple Bar at night) is not a good option for sleeping.

Great location and enough space for 2 people. Modern fittings.

Check in was a bit stressful. The key did not work. We were supposed to download an app to access the room. I may have missed these instructions but after 20 hours of travelling this was stressful. However, the management was quick to respond with clear instructions and was quite helpful. I recommend that travellers check instructions before arrival. Had to ask for a sharp knife that was delivered the next day.

Non esiste un rapporto diretto con i gestori ai quali ho trasmesso subito le criticità tramite messaggio su Booking ma non c'è stato nessun rimedio. Qui copio incollo quanto riferito ai gestori e scritto qui; tra parentesi le aggiunte che ho fatto ora per far comprendere meglio la situazione a chi non conosce l'appartamento. ****** Innanzitutto, la pulizia: i pavimenti, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono puliti, ma la cucina è unta, molti oggetti in casa sono impolverati e i vetri macchiati di guano (di gabbiano) sono orribili (e malsani). Infine, le scale puzzano, le porte (di accesso, sono due più quella dell'abitazione) sono così sporche che non si possono toccare e la moquette è lurida. In secondo luogo: la temperatura. Dato che le finestre non si possono aprire completamente per far entrare aria fresca (a causa della presenza di piccioni e di gabbiani), la temperatura è insopportabile e il ventilatore non basta, anche se aiuta. In terzo luogo: il rumore. Stamattina hanno iniziato a lavorare (credo sui tetti) alle 7:00. Infine, l'attrezzatura della cucina è inadeguata. **** Insomma, per oltre 1200 euro per 6 giorni tutto questo non doveva accadere. La cosa ridicola è che il giorno di arrivo ho ricevuto una mail con questa frase "Have you any questions or anything we can help you with? If we can help you with anything please let us know". Io ho risposto ma l'indirizzo da cui era stata spedita non era abilitato alla ricezione delle risposte; questa è una cosa che mi ha fatto arrabbiare tantissimo perché mi sono sentita beffeggiata. Ovviamente ho ricevuto una mail anche il giorno del rientro di questo tenore: "If you encountered any issues we haven't yet spoken about please do let me know (before leaving in a review if possible) so we can address them", dalla stessa mail che non riceve risposte. Considero queste mail molto scorrette poiché i nostri rapporti devono essere tramite Booking
