We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much.

The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, bus stops and famous Temple Bar. The apartment is quiet, very well furnished and clean. We felt safe because of the two front doors which can be opened by special codes.

We couldn't turn on the heating although we received 2 videos how to do it.

Perfect Location and a nice place to stay.

Location of this place is exceptional as only 1min walk to Temple bar where all the bars and restaurants are and a Tesco express about 8-10min walk. We enjoyed our stay and the place was nice. Just so you know you can hear the music at night from the bars close by but it didn't bother us. It is three floors and we were on the top floor with no lift - just so you know. Didn't worry us.

The apartment was great just lacking on a few things like tea towels, dish cloth and knives and forks which got dropped off to us the next day. We also had trouble getting into the Keycafe to get our key but they responded straight away and helped us out. No big deal. As no parking we parked outside and unloaded and then went and parked the car. We did spend a fortune at the Drury underground car parking as we stayed for five days but was only a 5min walk away so convenient.

Response from host was almost immediate. I asked where to find Nespresso pods in town, as there were only a few and low and behold the next morning there was box awaiting us outside our door. Now that is service.

Nice location

The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious. It is in a great location close to lots of good pubs and restaurants. There were a few items missing from the apartment when I arrived, but they were provided within the first few days.

The electric radiator in the bathroom didn't have power to it, and so there was no heating or any way to dry the towels. Someone came out to look at it but didn't fix it, and then no one responded to my messages from that point forward. There was a TV, but no local channels, just the ability to log in to my own accounts. However, since mine are all UK accounts, only Netflix worked. Again, I asked for help but got no support with this. There is no dishwasher in the apartment, which is unusual nowadays and with a minimum let of 2 weeks, I would expect that the apartment might have been cleaned once during the stay, or at least a hoover and bathroom cleaning materials provided.

Perfetto

Casetta perfetta per un soggiorno a Dublino; è a 1 minuto a piedi dal Temple bar e dalle vie principali. Inoltre è esattamente come in foto, pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo gradito trovare il detersivo dei piatti con la spugna, più rotoli di carta igienica e qualche cosa di utile come olio e caffé in cucina. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e la terremo in considerazione per un ipotetico ritorno a Dublino. :)

L’unica cosa che ci siamo accorti mancare sono i sacchetti della spazzatura (ne viene fornito solo 1, ma magari in base alla durata del soggiorno ne vengono forniti di più!)

Boa localização. Apartamento muito confortável.

O apartamento correspondeu às expetativas, a cama é super confortável, o aquecimento funciona bem. A localização é excelente, apesar de estar numa zona de bares (a 200mts do temple Bar) o som que se ouve dos bares não é incomodativo e termina a horas decentes. Gostámos muito e repetiríamos esta escolha.

O nº de toalhas que disponibilizaram inicialmente eram apenas 1 toalha de banho por pessoa, mas pedimos que entregassem mais (toalha de mãos e pés) e entregaram no dia seguinte. Poderia ter a cozinha mais equipada no que respeita a produtos de higiene, mas tinha placa, forno, torradeira e cafeteira eléctrica funcionais.

Bel appartement, bien situé, à côté d'un quartier très animé.

L'emplacement est parfait par rapport à plusieurs points d'intérêt de la ville. C'est dans Temple Bar, très animé avec nombreux restos et bars avec musique live. La zone des magasins est aussi acessible à pied. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable.

On a donné un mauvais code de boîte à clés. Ça pris 35 minutes et quelques appels avant d'accéder à l'appartement. Le réglage de chaleur de l'eau de la douche ne fonctionne pas bien. Avec un 'hostel' juste en face, bruits audibles jusqu'à très tard, la fin de semaine.

Il monolocale non era all’altezza delle foto presenti sul sito. In parte l’arredamento era stato sostituito e il tutto non più in condizioni tali da giustificare il prezzo richiesto. La finestra della camera non si riusciva quasi ad aprire e dava, comunque, su un cortile interno in pessime condizioni. Il bagno cieco e parecchio sporco.

Mejor con alguien en recepción

Bien ubicado, piso nuevo con todo lo necesario tal y como anuncian. En el baño disponen de un solo enchufe (curioso) para conexión europea, en el resto de la vivienda eran todos (bastantes) conexión UK. Contestaban bastante rápido por whatsapp, aunque todo en inglés.

El acceso fue nefasto, tras seguir instrucciones de acceso al abrir el cajetín, las llaves no estaban. Tras conversaciones por whatsapp en inglés (y traduciendo en español), pudimos entrar tras más de 1 hora de intentos fallidos con códigos y diciéndonos que pasaría una persona a dejarnos las llaves, nadie físico apareció. Tampoco había bolsas de basura para recoger la misma, conseguimos una de papel como pudimos. El radiador del salón, a pesar de solicitar el pin para su funcionamiento nadie nos lo facilitó. 3º piso sin ascensor. Solicitamos, ya que pensábamos que el sofá era cama (es verdad que lo anuncian sólo como sofá) nos dejasen un colchón, pero tampoco accedieron ni dieron soluciones al respecto. Bastante ruidoso, pero también es por la zona Temple Bar.

Prima bedden, 2 badkamers zijn erg fijn voor 4 personen. Locatie ligt goed centraal.

Een theedoek en kleine handdoeken voor je handen zou fijn zijn. In het weekend kan het lawaaierig zijn, maar wij hebben vrijwel geen last gehad (zondag tm donderdag)

Très bonne location mais arrivée un peu compliqué

Logement propre, avec tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Proche de tout donc très pratique pour les activités diverses. Literies très bonne, douche pareil. Cuisine bien équipée et beaucoup de rangements. Télévision de qualité même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servi.

Malheureusement pour nous petit bémol en arrivant, les clefs n'étaient pas dans la bonne boîte 😕. 2 heures pour essayer de contacter le propriétaire et le service client afin de pouvoir se débarrasser des valises et du superflus. Finalement tout s'est arrangé 😅. Porte un peu abîmé au niveau de la serrure, sûrement à cause d'ancien locataire.
