Cosy and spacious apartment

The property is conveniently located right in the city center, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions and with good transport links. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The shower is great and there’s plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. We were there for a month and it served us perfectly. Also, the staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. Alisson was the one talking to us and making sure everything went smoothly. She was great with all the assistance.

When we first arrived we had a little trouble in finding the right spot. And it can get a bit noisy at night, what is expected given that the apartment is right at the city center.

Very good Dublin location between Temple Bar and Grafton Street, right across from Dublin Castle.

We rented two apartments and they were both comfortable, modern and spacious.

The thermostat would not raise the temperature in one of the units so it was a bit chilly. Luckily we rented two apartments and spent our time in the warm one. The cool temp was fine for sleeping but difficult for showering!

The toilet seat needs fixing, the toilet roll holder needs moving and refitting. There is an air conditioning unit right outside the bedroom window which never turns off and is a constant noise when trying to sleep , you do get used to it but it's not ideal

Stay away if you want to sleep!

The flat was a good size and bright. It was a good location in terms of access to the city centre.

All of the rooms were extremely noisy throughout the night. The bedrooms were both adjacent to a lap dancing club, which was on the same narrow alleyway as the entrance to the flat. The customers were noisy all night long, and the noise crescendoed at around 4am or 5am when the staff threw out masses of glass bottles into some sort of receptacle. We literally did not sleep for the entire stay. In addition, the shower overflowed every time we used it - one night I had to mop the flooded floor in my bare feet before going to bed. The living room overlooked a main road - so it wasn't like we could go and sleep on the couch to evade the noise of the lap dancing club. Finally, and this is a small but annoying point, there was no frying pan in the kitchen, nor any salt or pepper - fairly basic provisions in every other place we've ever stayed.

If it weren't for the noise...

Location is perfect right at the edge of temple area district. The apartment was well laid out, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in.

The apartment only has single glazing and the noise from the street was terrible. Obviously there will be noise in such a busy area but I had to check of any windows were open because it was so bad. We could hear full conversations from the street below aswell as traffic, bin lorries, revellers etc which made it impossible to sleep on a Saturday night :(

Amazing location, very spacious property in the heart of Dublin

Very good location, easily accessible to all the local attractions, pubs, and restaurants.

It didn’t bother us and it’s to be expected due to location, but you can definitely hear everything going on outside throughout the night. Also, more of an FYI (not a complaint) but there are stairs only, no lifts. Something to keep in mind if you are bringing a lot of luggage or have mobility issues.

Excellent location and great stay

The location and the apartment itself were excellent. It’s right in the center, the space feels warm and welcoming, everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable.

The windows don’t block street noise, so you can hear a lot from outside, especially late at night. It’s Temple Bar, so we expected some lively sound, but better soundproofing would make the stay perfect.

The location is fantastic in the Temple Bar area. The room was clean, and recently renovated. The washer also includes a dryer, which should be included in the description (that's great!). It is family friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

There is a lot of noise at night, but it's also the Temple Bar area. Check in process is a self check-in, and the instructions weren't totally clear. There's no elevator, and the stairs are steep.

It was a beautiful property and clean

3 flights of stairs to climb with luggage, and no elevator. There was no host to contact when we needed something. We had to ask the bar staff, and they didn’t know what was going on with the suites. Also VERY noisy area of town. Didn’t get much sleep because of the drunk people outside at 2am.

We were not told it was up four flights of stairs. The fobs for the door didn't always work and when I called for assistance and left a message - no one ever got back to us. The beds were uncomfortable with old pillows

Central Clean & Tidy Appartment, very pleasant.

Very central and close to both old Dublin and new Dublin. A very short walk to Temple Bar and surrounds. Clean and very comfortable. We were on top floor so it might be noisier at lower levels.

Top floor requires you to go up 6 flights of stairs. Thats difficult with bags.

Great stay!

Location was great. Clean and welcoming. Walking distance to many attractions. Taxi stand across the street was very convenient for returning to airport. Shower great water pressure. The property was clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. Easy check in and out. The Beer Temple was great. Stored luggage until check in time. Had a bite to eat there when arrived and the food was delicious.

Maybe the area around the property could invest in more garbage bins in which to place garbage bags so the seagulls won’t gather to tear apart the garbage bags and expose all the trash. May help to not attract the seagulls looking for food.

Nice apartment but no warning of stairs.

STAIRS!! On the phone I was told there were two flights of stairs to our apartment on the second floor.In fact it was SIX ! 51 steps in all. Carrying luggage ( thankfully just one suitcase and two bags ) and shopping was exhausting. The penthouse was another two flights up! No Amazon Prime , poor water pressure in sink , toilet flush inadequate , flimsy dining table and windows didn't open.

Rented 3 rooms for 10 family members...not all in same building. 3 family members left early due to this. Lots of stairs and no lift for elderly traveler. Circuit breaker went out on fridge..someone did respond. No front desk or person to communicate with....was not good for group of family wishing to be close. Shower in 1 unit overflowed...someone did respond. Extremely noisy location
