Great location , a bit pricey

Great location, it’s very close to everything you want to visit. 4th floor with elevator. Owner was very responsive and accommodated us staying an extra day.

Very difficult to control temperature, it was very hot even with heater turned down. Hot water was on a time so without a lot of time to figure it out there were times when it wasn’t on. Very noisy, windows are very thin and it is located on a busy corner. A bit pricey for the office season.

Roomy & very central location. Good kitchen facilities.

1. Unclear info. about which was the entry door to the building. Needs to be a photo highlighting the signage over the door so guests know which door to use. I had to contact the hosts manager 4 times before we got the correct info. V. Frustrating. 2. No internet & it was impossible to use our own internet hot spotting most of the time. During the day - impossible. At night v.slow when using a laptop.

Lovely flat, fab stay.

Lovely flat, had everything you need. Easy to access. Perfect location for city exploring. Noisy the Friday and Saturday night so not recommended if you want a peaceful night in at the weekend but that’s understandable with the location.

I liked the location. In the center. I didn't like weird heating system, not very clean sheets, smaller number od towels. Also, it is not suitable for 5 people.

Central location, comfortable and spacious apartment

Fabulous location for Temple Bar & Grafton St. Comfy couch and beds. Great to have a smart TV so we could watch Netflix. Really enjoyed the bath. Great to have elevator as on 4th floor. Host let us drop off luggage early - thanks Viny!

Some appliance issues - couldn’t get dishwasher to work, dryer setting on washing machine didn’t dry, hot water only seems to heat when timer switches off and using boost.

Excellent Temple Bar loclation.

Location right downtown. Safe entry to building. Elevator and stairs. Taxi station outside front door. Airport bus stop across the street. Good heaters in rooms. Beds very comfortable. Comfortable for a family of 4. Rooms have UK standard outlets. Great city view from room.

The Water heater system was too complicated to use for showers.

Lo céntrico no compensa la falta de descanso. A los dos días quieres volver a casa.

Ubicación a 300m de TEMPLE BAR. Cerca de todo prácticamente paseando. Zona con todos los servicios a pie del apartamento: Ocio, compras, transporte, etc

Limpieza justa: armario con pelos y pelusas por la casa. Aseo muy pequeño, prácticamente el WC y poco más, con bañera altísima, peligrosa para entrar y salir. El ruido horrible. Ventanas a la calle principal, antiguas, de madera, insonorización nula. Frente a una discoteca: gritos, botellas rotas, ruido en general como si estuvieran en la misma habitación. Sumamos al griterio de la gente de fiesta, coches, buses, ambulancias, policía, claxon, camión reciclando vidrio al amanecer diariamente... Hasta las 5 de mañana imposible dormir algo.

Tot i que té de tot, li falta un repàs a tot l apartament, pintura, alguna rajola del bany, neteja a fons de la cuina, terra etc I sobretot aillamet de finestres… es sent tot el soroll del carrer !

Zentral und gut aufgeteilt - Sauberkeit durchaus verbesserungswürdig.

Die Unterkunkft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war - dank Schlüsselkasten - völlig unkompliziert und der Vermieter hat uns gestattet frühzeitig in die Unterkunft zu ziehen. Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend aufgeteilt und durchaus ziemlich bequem.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Das Geschirr im Schrank wies teilweise noch Rückstände vom Vormieter auf. Die Laken auf den Betten hatten noch Flecken. Die Bettwäsche war zwar wohl frisch, aber sah ziemlich abgenutzt aus. Das Bad hätte deutlich besser geputzt sein dürfen. Die Fenster waren erheblich verschmutzt und leider nur mit einer einfachen Verglasung. Ob Fenster geöffnet waren oder geschlossen machte beim Lärmpegel in der Wohnung praktisch keinen Unterschied.

La localisation est incroyable. Nous étions au cœur de l’action et près de tout ce que nous souhaitions visiter. L’appartement est spacieux et permet d’accueillir3 à 4 personnes.

L’équipement de la cuisine était très de base et on peut se questionner sur la propreté. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude le premier matin.

Viny è gentilissimo e la struttura ampia e confortevole!

La posizione, la comodità dei servizi, la gentilezza dell'host. La casa ha a disposizione tutto quello che serve: phone, tazze, macchina del caffè, stoviglie, prodotti per igiene, lavatrice, lavastoviglie.

La notte, soprattutto venerdì e sabato, è molto rumorosa, ma perchè la struttura è davvero molto centrale, non è colpa dell'host.

Appartement confortable, tres bien situé ds le coeur de Dublin. Echange très facile avec le propriétaire.

TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE DE LOGEMENT A DUBLIN

bon emplacement pour visiter dublin

L'état de propreté du logement était très insuffisant... A notre arrivée vers 19h nous entrons dans le logement, très vite une sensation de saleté se fait sentir... 1 - La cuisine d'abord: les ustensiles sont sales et usés le lave vaisselle est moisi et hors service la hotte n'a jamais été nettoyée le grille-pain est sale les placards sont gras nous décidons de nettoyer pour plus de confort 2 - la salle de bain: la faïence de la baignoire se décolle le miroir au dessus du WC est rouillé la brosse du WC est rouillée et sale 3 - la pièce de vie: une prise dans le couloir est partiellement démontée ( attention pour les enfants !!! ) le canapé est taché et personne ne veux savoir comment ... le plancher de la cuisine se démonte. 4 - la chambre: le lit avait déjà servi , les draps étaient froissés donc non changés le canapé du salon est très inconfortable pour dormir....vous sentez les planches du canapé dans votre dos 5 - autre ... le logement est bruyant, nous sommes dans une ville touristique donc c'est un peu normal mais l'isolation phonique est inexistante. le placard de rangement des draps est mal rangé .... quels draps sont propres et lesquels sont sale ??? le propriétaire n'a pas voulu faire une réduction après l’envoi des photos. sa seule réponse a été : " Le ménage a été fait avant votre arrivée mais si vous partez tout de suite je contacterai booking pour un éventuel remboursement " c'est très gentil de sa part mais comment pouvions nous faire.... retrouver un logement pour 4 jours, 3 adultes à 19h a Dublin avec un tarif raisonnable... c'est très compliqué.

O Viny foi espetacular. Tivemos um problema com as tomadas e ele resolveu imediatamente. Também deixámos as chaves dentro de casa às 03h da manhã, e logo após contactar, prontificou-se a dar outra chave. Obrigado Viny.
