Overall, a decent place to stay.

Good location, place was nice. Good for 1-2 people to stay in. Came with most amenities.

Being on the 3rd floor walk-up. Hot water in the shower was not very good. Mostly on the cold side. Bed was not very comfortable.

Nice appartement in the center but quite noisy

We had 2 appartments in the center of Dublin (next door to each other), really well located. The appartements were nice, spacious and well equipped, with conformable beds.

We had initially booked one appartement for 6 but were moved to 2 separate appartements so we didn't stay in the one on the pictures. Close to bars so it was quite noisy at night. In one of the appartements there was not enough hot water for the showers.

Rented this but got another apartment far far away

We chose this place for the location.

When we arrived to check in, we were told that the apartment wasn't available and the staff didn't have any clue of this apartment. I hadn't agreed on changing the apartment or didn't even knew about the new location before asking, why the address or area didn't match what was originally agreed. We were directed to another apartment across the river about 2 kilometres from this apartment. I felt very scammed because we chose this apartment especially for the location, but were situated in location we would have never chosen especially with the price of this place.

Generally pretty good

Good location in town. Room was small but had all amenities. Secure building and relatively quiet.

Difficulty locating the place to collect keys although terrible weather did not help. However when did find key pick up location Deo the night porter was excellent. Then minor suggestion that some coat hooks on the back of doors would have been a great help. More than 2 sachets of coffee for 3 nights would have been nice.

Poor experience

Too many stairs to reach the apartment which is not mentioned on the website. I had a 4 yr old and my elderly parents for whom it was a nightmare. Loft room window blinds were not working so the person sleeping on the bed below it couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Kitchen had far too less plates etc

The location was good.

The room did not have proper ventilation, that is why they have opened part of a window. That was fixed and cannot be locked. Just imagine you are in the city centre and the window cannot be closed.

We loved this apartment and it’s location.

The property was perfectly arranged and clean with all of the conveniences. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of sleeping room and hot water in the shower. The location, on a quiet side street but just a mere 3 minute walk to the middle of everything, couldn’t have been better . The hosts did everything possible to accommodate check in to be similar to our flight schedule, very appreciated:

There were two flights of stairs that were not a problem at all for our able bodied group, but could pose a problem for those with physical disabilities or ailments.

Great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

Apartment was right at the top, going up 60 uneven stairs with suitcases was a challenge for 2 of us (in our late 60s with sore knees). Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Toilet didn’t flush consistently, management contacted and someone was sent to fix it but it made no difference. Possibly a design fault. No manuals for the oven or washing machine and the appliances weren’t ones we were familiar with.

Was good for value, would stay again if I ever visit Dublin again.

It was not really clear that we had to collect the keys from a location 20 minutes on bus away from the actual apartment. We came from the UK so it was okay but it would not be a fun journey if you were coming from far.

Only the collection of the keys were not up to satisfaction, everything else was okay. Beds were comfortable, however kitchen doesn't have basics like salt or pepper so cooking was difficult. Hot water took a long time and cooled down really quick as well.

En primer lugar, no tuvimos el apartamento que habíamos reservado (St. Stephen's Green). Es más, éramos 4 personas que deseábamos compartir el mismo apartamento y nos dividieron en dos apartamentos en diferentes pisos y en otro barrio distinto al del apartamento original; un lugar más céntrico (Temple Bar) pero también más ruidoso. Nos enteramos de este cambio al llegar, cuando nos dirigimos al apartamento reservado y resultó que no funcionaba la App de acceso. Por cierto, que el sistema de acceso también fallaba bastante. Una vez instaladas, nos encontramos con que en uno de los apartamentos no había agua a primera hora de la mañana siguiente a nuestra llegada; tampoco funcionaba el sistema de calefacción. Tampoco el tostador del pan. Avisamos por Booking y por teléfono y dijeron que enviaban al equipo de mantenimiento. A las 6pm seguíamos igual y nos acercamos a las oficinas centrales de la propiedad y en ese momento nos dijeron que el equipo de mantenimiento estaba en camino. Cuando regresamos ya había agua y habían dejado un par de radiadores eléctricos que calentaban nada y menos. La señorita que nos atendió en la oficina nos ofreció como compensación un viaje gratis al aeropuerto a nuestra salida. Como viajábamos a horas diferentes solo 2 de nosotras pudimos aprovechar el ofrecimiento. En fin....
