⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a brilliant experience with Retro Camper Hire that we’ve already booked our return trip for July — and we honestly can’t wait. The camper was spotless, comfortable, and full of character, and the whole experience from start to finish was effortless. It felt like proper slow-down, switch-off, make-memories time. If that wasn’t enough of a recommendation, the fact that we’ve booked again says it all. Highly recommended — roll on July! 🚐✨

Check in and out times are strict but after the reason was explained it is completely understandable

Retro Campers was easy to find with good service hired Camper for one night and went to the Midlands , camper was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our trip. Staff gave us some great advice on where to go. and we’re very helpful showing us around the Camper and how everything worked.

Clean comfortable and so cosy

Haven’t to return the campervan. We would highly recommend it to explore the country of Ireland , the beauty you can stop in so many places over night in campsites or the option to wild camp which was my favourite.

Retro per loro significa rotto, sporco non funzionante

Darren all' accoglienza sembrava carino ma alla fine abbiamo capito che vendeva una fregatura e per forza doveva essere carino.

Praticamente tutto. Questa la triste storia. Arriviamo con un ritardo del volo di un ora e 30 minuti. Già in fase di partenza sapendo del ritardo comunico a Retro Camper del ritardo. Appena atterrato leggo che con estrema elasticità ci dicono che se non arriviamo entro 16 dobbiamo trovarci una stanza per la notte che loro non ci avrebbero aspettato. Subito messi a nostro agio. Spendiamo 60€ di tax scaricando Uberi ed arrivare 5 minuti prima della scadenza dell' orario comunicato. All' arrivo un sorridente Darren ci spiega che per sua estrema generosità poiché non ci chiedeva un sovraprezzo e quindi per questo si poteva permettere di non comunicarlo anticipatamente ci rifila un mezzo che al contrario di quello scelto da me (più piccolo e con un letto matrimoniale) ha un bagno perché per lui sarebbe stato necessario. Saliti sul mezzo per mostrarcelo chiedo informazioni riguardo il riscaldamento poiché come ho raccontato più volte la nostra vacanza di soli 4 giorni sarebbe stata fuori dai campeggi (anche perché in inverno neanche sono aperti) all' inizio insiste con il donarci una stufetta elettrica, insisto per aver una tanica di gas per far girare il riscaldamento del mezzo una volta fermo, così ce la vende per 90€ . Proviamo a far partire il riscaldamento ma non era possibile fare il test completo perché: "they are not allowed to re-fill with water" ebbene si, il circuito necessitava di acqua per funzionare ed il test non è stato eseguito perché le taniche dell' acqua erano vuote.

Auténtico fracaso.

Experiencia nefasta. Caravana en mal estado y con todos los servicios estropeados. Al final tuvimos que irnos a un hotel porque era imposible estar allí. Nos cobraron por servicios extra que nunca nos dieron como el gas y la ropa de cama.
