Helpful owner, clean and comfortable accommodation and good value for money

The property is in an excellent location for the area I visit every so often to meet friends. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. It’s also not overly expensive, when you consider the prices in Dublin. This is my 2nd time staying there and I’ll be staying again when the need arises.

Studio apt with everything.

It was a small, private apt. Nice shower. Kitchen had everything needed and more. Comfortable beds. Close to stores and transportation. Very nice neighborhood.

Good for 1 to 2 people long team,any more people short stay only

You will find this small and quirky room quiet, full of personality with bits to explore and look at, even though we never meet the host, a key code was provided and next-door was available to help, I would recommend for short stays

The futon was uncomfortable something missing, maybe a big toper needed, try using the topper on the floor, the double bed was fun for daughter having to go up some stairs to get in and was very comfortable according to her

Appartement Dublin

L'appartement malgré sa petite taille était fonctionnel et bien agencé. On a apprécié les petites attentions du propriétaire c'était adorables les petits mots sur les ardoises pour transmettre des informations. Quartier calme avec des commerces de proximité plusieurs lignes de bus pour joindre le centre ville.

Il est indiqué capacité 4 personnes mais déjà à 2 on se marchait dessus. Le canapé lit en bas était très inconfortable malgré le sur matelas. Impossible de dormir dessus. Loin du centre ville. Pas de pression d'eau lorsqu'on met l'eau chaude.

Le studio est bien situé et à un prix attractif pour Dublin. Il convient tout à fait pour un couple mais est limite pour 4 personnes (une nuit suffit). L hôte est réactif et à notre disposition.

Klein und cosy mit allem, was man braucht, und guter Busverbindung ins Zentrum.

Für Dublin war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut. Man fährt zwar rund 25 Minuten in die Innenstadt, aber die direkte Busverbindung macht das sehr unkompliziert möglich. Das Studio ist klein, aber clever ausgebaut: Mit zwei Schlafebenen ist der Platz optimal genutzt und es gibt alles, was man braucht - auch in der Küche. Besonders süß ist die kleine Sitz-/Ess-Ecke am Fenster. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen bei Stephen. Supermarkt zehn Gehminuten entfernt durch ein ruhiges, grünes Wohngebiet.
